Quick question...do the mirrors on the FD's in the states fold in? My friend just bought a corvette here and is trying to get it base registered and is having a problem because the mirrors don't fold in. All cars in Japan are supposed to have folding mirrors.

 

Yes they do. At least mine do, unless I broke them

 

I don't believe mine do...I really never looked to see if they did or not.

 

They do fold in.

 

U gotta turn them.. along a pivot.. just don't snap the whole thing off..

 

just out of curiosity how much did he pay for it over there? Is it normal C5 or a Z06?

It looks like a normal corvette(has automatic tranny)...what do I look for to see the difference?
