midpipe restrictor plate size

right now ive got a full straight-through exhaust and im gettin some mean boost creep. it creeps from 10 psi to a lil over 15 by redline. im planning on making a restrictor plate to put in between the DP and MP but im not sure how big the opening has to be in order to get just enough back pressure but not too much. any ideas? now its 3" DP and MP and Apexi GT spec.

just a hole

you can always make a hole bigger start at 2" and work your way up.

from what i've seen 2" to 2.25"

I wouldn't mind putting two plates in, one on each end of the midpipe. Let me know how the results are and if that nasty creep will go away.

Forgot to add

If you full open like you are now it sounds great a little loud yes but great, to me anyways. adding a plate will change that to a whooooooosh. I like single chamber Brola stuff myself. No whoosh.
