Metal hanger question for vmounot radiator

I Custom be mounted my radiator with the higher end resting on a cross member which I am not worried about and the lower end resting on aluminum plate suspended from rubber vibration isolators.. I'm worried about these rubber pieces in very high speeds because the wind resistance will add more weight on the radiatot supports and possbly shear off these rubber pieces. I wanted to have a backup stainless braided line taking some weight off from these rubber vibration isolators. I'm looking for a way to tension the braided stainless lines or any other idea that I can use some metal rope style to support the lower end of the radiator.. any ideas?

I think the current mounting is the design flaw. Have a look at how the radiator from the Greddy VMIC is mounted. There are brackets up front which have the radiator sitting atop rubber isolators. This is opposite of your current mounts.

I agree. I didn't want to add too much weight to the nose of the car, so I did it this way.. I think it will work as long as I alleviate putting too much vertical weight on those mounts with a braided stainless cable.

I also don't like idea of putting radiator on a bash bar.. what would be the point?
