Dash will pretty much have to come out, don't think there is any easy way to do so other wise.

Temperature differential

I had some problems in the past with a leaking hose but had it fixed. Seems to do well now. I have a question about temperature differential of the air coming out of the center vent compared to the air temp outside the car. I live in Baton Rouge and it can get pretty hot and humid. I have noticed the center temp down to about 40 degrees on a cool dry morning but closer to 55 degrees on a hot sunny humid day, say around 91 to 94 degrees. If the differential is about 30 degrees, does that mean everything is OK? By the way, measuring the AC temp with an AC thermoter stuck down into the center vent on a 93 FD. Mick
