I am in the process of installing a ARC front mount intercooler and thought it would be a good idea to put some pet safe mesh from a screen door to protect it. I think it should help keep some small rocks and bugs out. I also did the oil cooler.
Let me know what you guys think.

 

Personally I think it is a good idea - I was contemplating this just yesterday while looking a Pegasus Auto Racing Catalog.

The mesh you have there looks to be pretty restrictive however.
