Mazdaspeed PPF Twisted?

Anyone twisted or broken a Mazdaspeed ppf? I took my diff out today to replace my ailing 4.33 gears and found my mazdaspeed ppf twisted and slightly cracked. What gives? Anyone have any experience with this, I know Steve Kan was running mid 10's with one and had no prob's, I'm running mid 11's on race gas but I twisted mine?! AHHH.

Godzilla-T78,

Mazda replaced your broken Mazaspeed PPF? I did not know they had warranties of racing parts.

The reason you probably broke it is because you may have a broken engine or rear end mount, it will twist the PPF if any of those mounts are broken and/or if you're drag racing the car and don't have any type of rear end brace to prevent wheel hop/twisting from HP.

Well, I have broken 2 stock ppfs and was told the mazdaspeed one was damn near indestructable. I have had it for a couple years but I don't get wheel hop since I only use ET streets to Drag, and my diff mounts are good. Maybe I'll get a diff brace.
