Mazdaspeed gauge cluster issues

Hi guys, recently i bought a 95MY rx7, it has one of those mazdaspeed blue gauge clusters.

​​​​​​The thing is rpms work, fuel works, temp works but Speedometer wont move, or the Boost gauge.
​​​​​​Also when i turn the key the only lights i see one are the heater. So no brake, battery, belts etc

Any idea what might be wrong before i start taking out parts randomly

Since you have a boost gauge, it's probably a 99+ cluster. You have to add a ground wire and a wire to the boost sensor. Remember, the '93-95 clusters wasn't wired for it.
