Well I love my FD, and I love how tight everything is without being so stiff that it's downright uncomfortable. So based on that, should I or should I not buy it?

I'll be installing it (and a crapload of Mazdaspeed bushings and new pillowballs) in a few months so I will let you know then.

That said, I got an IM from another board member who said he tried to install his and it would not fit. I sent him some measurements of mine to see if he has the right unit. I have never heard of an aftermarket rack for the FD so I am not sure how the measurements could be different than stock.

I was planning to get the MazdaSpeed MS-01S rims next year. Would that be too long and then I can't find them?

Also, curious what the difference is between MS-01 & MS-01S . I always thought of them as MS-01S. Thanks.

Some are available new now (a few).

Look closer. They're different. Spokes are different, lip is different, texture is different, color is different.

Would those new ones that are available now not be available say December-April?

Do you think the bronze would look nice on a blue? Haven't been able to find one except for this white one.

Being that they're no longer listed on their website (and are thus discontinued), I'd say no.

Absolutely. The Mazdaspeed GTC demo car is blue w/ bronze Mazdaspeed wheels IIRC, and I think it looks AMAZING. Search for pics of it; they're posted on the forum.

Absolutely! Better to play it safe! Just let me know if you run across another one, you know I'm game for it!

Hey Ramy, I still didn't get a reply about the Mazdaspeed wheels. I guess I just want to confirm you got the e-mail and will get to it eventually.

That's not the titanium strut bar; that's just the regular Mazdaspeed strut bar...

Davin, the meter isn't a problem; I have one in stock. The PPF I wouldn't worry about either, as even if I can't get one from Mazdaspeed, I can get one from RE Amemiya. The steering shaft is the only item I'm unsure of...

Just thought I'd let you guys know...as of right now (essentially the new year), Mazdaspeed has removed the FD from their parts catalog COMPLETELY. ALL FD-SPECIFIC MAZDASPEED PARTS ARE OFFICIALLY DISCONTINUED. So guys, I'll say this ONCE, and ONLY once. Buy all the Mazdaspeed parts you've ever wanted RIGHT NOW, because they will NOT be "later" on these parts. Whatever's left in stock is in very low quantity, and indeed, the vast majority of parts are ALREADY longer available...

I will re-extend my offer to run a large GB on whatever Mazdaspeed parts you guys may like, but if this does happen, it will have to happen VERY quickly (within days).

Well now there isn't Earlier in the thread, however, I posted up about what parts were still available. That's something to go off of, as it wasn't too old of a post.

PS: Riz, c'mon man. How lazy can you get? It's a TWO-PAGE thread!

...would it be possible to make a list with a discontinued parts and there price, if not here than on your website, Ramy...?

...would make decisions of buying a part much easier, if a picture and the price is listed next to them...

Earliest I could come even CLOSE to doing that would be the 2nd of Jan. And assume everything's expensive; it's Mazdaspeed. I'd only have regular prices available, and based on the size of the order, and that I'll be cleaning 'em out, I'm sure I can negotiate a good discount. So it'll be hard to say what kinda discount I can get up front, esp. when dealing w/ Mazdaspeed. They're stingy lol. So the discount would simply get kicked back to you guys (be it in shipping or discount on the cost, etc).
