you're able to only run 8 psi all the way to redline with an open exhaust and stock wastegate?
Do you have a stock fuel system?
Also, you need to get tuned regardless of how much boost you plan to run.

You have a big time boost leak. Watch out when you fix it, because then you'll probably creep to 15+ psi and blow the motor.
If you can control boost creep (search "restrictor plate" or "porting wastegate"), do not run more than 12 psi or so. The PFC needs to be tuned.

they are saying that with all thos mods.. and a full exhust u should be creeping.. so you either have a boost leak or something thats what they are trying to say regardless of being tuned

I agree that you should look into a supra tt fuel pump, find the source of your boost leak/exhaust restriction, and get tuned for 12 or so psi.
if i was getting boost spikes it would show on the boost controller right?? BEcause it stay at 8 the whole time when im boosting, it doesnt go up at all. Plus i just got the car maintenced and they told me everything was good. They checked everything because i am preparing the car for a single .

I'm now running 0.8bar on non sequential twins and stock fueling with Front mount IC and decat and induction, and running rich 10.8 AFR and seeing a only 84% duty on the injectors. Tempted to push it seeing as I have the fueling capability but don't know what a stock engine is capable of handling. ?
i just found out that i do have an upgraded fuel pump. ITs a walboro pump i forgot to see which one. The guy that i bought the car from tuned it for 12 pounds because he was running it at 12 for awhile. Then he dropped it down to 8 i don't know why but he said the car can definetly handle 12 pounds with no problem.

Its a cat back, Full non sequential turbo mod, Greddy Elbow, Front mount IC, Aircon and air pump removed, HKS mushrooms, Magnacor leads, But standard injectors and a non ported engine.
Last night in the UK it was bloody cold and was spiking to 14psi tailing back to about 11/12 at the top and and yeeehaa what a difference. Now need to investigate what the standard clutch will hold, as it was pulling so hard it was tearing my tyres and tarmac, and felt like the clutch was only just holding it. Damns I love my car
but how do i have a boost leak. I am reading what you guys are saying but i don't unserstand because i am running 8 pounds of boost and i have a full exhaust i have a boost leak? I also have a pfc but the guy that sold me the car said he put it at 8 pounds.
