Map sensor?

Well the car was running fine before we did anything to it. We decided to clean up the leftover mess of going non seq. Now after it warms up idle will fall from 800 to 300rpm and come back up. If we clamp the hose going to MAP sensor it will stop and run normal??... We also followed the instructions to clean the rotors. Any one have an idea of what may be wrong? thanks.

Possibly during the clean up you removed the filter from the map sensor vacc line which might explain why restricting the flow fixes the problem.
