Manual Trans fluid

I know the differences have been argued ad nausium(sp) but that's not the question I want to ask- my question is where is the drain plug? I'm going to be changing the spark plugs tomorrow and i figured while the car is in the air I change that too.

Pictures?

It should be obvious when you look at it. It's the lower bolt at the back.

Maybe you should have this done by a professional.

Look near the front of the tranny on the drivers side, you'll see a square topped plug. That's the fill plug. If you're unsure leave the drain plug out as you start to pump in oil once you see fresh oil draining (good advice anyway). Replace the drain plug then fill it until it just starts to overflow (be sure the car is level and safely on a lift on jack stands.)

It's all in the factory service manual.

If you can't find it there, try searching because this has been covered before.

The bolt above the drain bolt is the filler.
