Does anybody have a short and concise list of all the items that should be checked on a 3rd Gen on a regular basis?

I have read high and low on this forum, and elsewhere, and know that there are plenty of items that should be getting checked regularly. However, I think it would benefit forum members if there was a concise listing that could be easily referenced.

Hope I am not out of line, in suggesting, maybe a sticky with a list of all the things that should be checked and at what interval.

Anyways just a suggestion. Feel free to contribute your list if you have one.

im pertty sure the owners manual has it. i have a little slide card that allows you to select your mileage and it tells you what maintence needs to be done.
is this what you are looking for? ill try to take some pics to post if so.

I don't know how accurate that is. For example, it seems that most people change their oil every 2000 miles or so. Mazda suggest every 5000.

I was thinking more along the lines of a check list of sorts that just goes right down the line.

E.G

Oil every 2k MIles

Fuel Pulsation Dampner every ? miles

Tranny oil every ? miles

rear end oil? mile

Turbo silicone hose ......You get the idea. does the owners manual have this?

My rx burns the oil.. I get about 2000 to 2500 miles before Im a half a quart low.. Its easyer just to do the oil change at that point.

Fuel Pulsation Dampner = whenever it starts to leak

Tranny oil every = never.. explane why Lucy

Turbo silicone hose = do they go bad?

Tekno62,

Every car has a list of scheduled maintance intervals. A highly modified Rx 7 has, well a highly modified one. A list that has everything in one place would be nice.
