Low Vaccum=Blown Seal?
I am only seeing about 10-12 inHG of vaccum at idle. The car has been like this since I got it at 52K. The car runs ok, but is sometimes stumbles when I start it. Should I expect a rebuild in the near future? About how much are they?

Could be a number of things.
But, a blown apex seal is a good possibility. I wouldn't drive it until you get a rotary specalist to look it over and do a compression test!

Don't fret, unless you got the car for real cheap and you have very little power, I doubt it's something like a blown seal. The only way to make sure is to get a COMPRESSION TEST!

I have had a compression test done, see my other post about it. All the pulses were the same height, so maybe rotor grooves? I dunno, I need to get someone to look at it. The car drives fine.
