Low idle with A/C on ?

got a question. when i turn my AC on. my idle seems to drop and shakes the whole car. and when the AC is off it idles fine. i am not sure if i have to adjust the IAC or so but has any solved this problem before ?? any help would do

and also so mention everytime AC is on.. it starts to overheat ...

I would check fans operation. When AC on - fans should turn on.

As well as the idle should increase with the AC on. The FSM has a section on how to check the two solenoids that control idle. I was looking at it this morning, I think it was on page F-81 IIRC. I'm at the office now so don't have it with me.

my solenoids are gone when i upgraded to single. my ratnest is completly gone ... im not sure about this but it might have to do with a little tuning dued to the pfc ?
