Lots of oil on PLUGS ?

Ill pulled out my plugs today, so I can unflood my car and there is so much oil on them. Any idea why. Iam guessing this is bad .

Are you sure it's oil? running rich fouls the plug turning them black. Is that your problem, or can you see actual slippery black oil?

Its actually slippery oil thats on the plugs, and I just changed them too .

Check your intake. If it's not too bad then it could be a MOP problem. If the intake is pretty bad I'd lean toward turbos.

My intake is really clean , and there is not much sign of any oil, I hope my motor is not gone

I would look into metering oil pump problems. That seems like a real possibility
