Are you dripping oil? ... how old is your car? if you've done any work recently by the elbow there is a black harness connector... next to/mounted on the main lift point for the core.... I think its around a 10 pin make sure that its connected. (Goes to OMP)

Thera actualy was little oil dripping at the secondary Turbo, (I first thought it was the primary) I crawled under the car and saw it better from underneath.

GOOD news so far:
I left work a little erlier yesterday and took of the turbo brought in my shop (by my house) and blew in the secondary oil line (totaly clogged and oil all ower turbine).
Oppened it up and the little thrust braring holes where clogged (these holes are so damn small and easy to clogg), I put the turbo back together, went to the garage and installed them back on (alot of energy, right?), finished at midnight, my whife was with me the whole time sayng how freaking crazy I'm about this car, went for a ride, after 2 min. the smoke dissapeared.
Drove for about 1-1/2 hour no smoke at all. strong pull too.

Now this is my Idea:
The Turbo City reb. kit is ok, EXEPT for the thrust bearing, the stock thrust bearing has 2 (bigger diameter) holes where the oils passes through bigger than the T.City T/B thus harder to clogg up,
while the turbo city T/B has 3 holes much smaler diameter thus making it much easyer to clogg.

The Thrust bearing does not go bad and does not play a roll keeping the turbo shaft from play like the shaft bearings, so I dont see a reasong in changing it (exept for a good cleaning, oil only goes through, no phissical touch with shaft) when reb. the turbo, so I put the old one back.

I'm going out again in a while for another, longer test drive.
I'll keep you posted, wish me luck!

Thanks.

Ohh yea, at the same time when I started the Turbo rebuild project (2 weeks ago) I did a complete hose job including:

Silicone vac. hoses,
Radiator hoses,
Braided heater hoses,
Braided gas hoses,
The 2 vac. brake hoses, braided also,
Complete non-seq. conversion, including wastegate porting)
Complete emission stuff removal, incuding
Air Pump, EGR etc...
AST Removal,
New belts,
New termostat,
and rebuilt the Turbos.

If my turbos stop giving me hell I'll post the pic's of the project I did.

Brothers and Sisters!
Second day no smoke,

I did over 4 hours of driving on and off, in local traffic and highway, did also few times redline 1-2-3 gear, boost was very strong, 14 psi between 4K - 4.5K RPM to redline.

Going out again today for some more driving, testing and udjusting boost, actuly bring it down a notch or two, (b4 you ask I have a Pettit unlim. ECU).

I'll keep you posted.
