looking for tips on how to realign motormount bolts

I'm trying to get the motor back in but the bolts won't align.. I'm using the jack up the engine method. how do I fix this? The drivers side one is about 1/4" to far to the drivers side. and the pass side one is about 1/8" to far back... thanks for any help!

Go under the car and beside the motor mount holes there is a slot. You can put a screwdriver in the slot and guide the stud into place. Get one stud in the hole then put the nut on several turns, get the weight off the other stud and guide it in line with the hole and lower the motor in place. It can not be to hard as my mechanic does this with out a helper. The studs are at an angle and need to be pryed over to change the angle to go in . Work with a large screwdriver and take your time. Good jack stands I hope not 4x4 wood to fall on you . Good skill ,turn the radio up but to loud .
