Wow, this guy has done a lot of mods! That is very often a huge reason to be even more careful. If mods are not done right it can mean big problems and extremely short engine life.

The best think you can do is see if you can take it to a high perf rotary specialist to check it out before you commit. If that is not possible, then at least be sure you look at it in person and drive it. Sometimes after a lot of mods people sell their FDs because there are problems they are unable to diagnose. There are some sad stories in the "good guy, bad guy" section of the For Sale area of this forum. Just some thoughts for what its worth.

Sounds like a set-up that could get into alot more trouble! HAHA!! If the engine specs out ok and you can trust the guy he never overheated it. Why not. I would hook a wideband and the microtech software w/ a laptop to make sure the tune is good. Those mods make for a good strong street car. I would say high 3's to around 400 on pump gas.G

Well the Guy Brought it running on Once Rotary guessing Pretty cheap hes been doing it up as a Project painted and rebuild it
He got a Good rotary stop to do the rebuild he even gave me there name
he even told me to go find out more about rotarys before buying it off him
Hes only just run the motor in so he said he hasn't really driven it hard and it just come outa the paint shop
hes only selling it cause his missers wants him to buy a house with her and he said with fuel going up its time to let it go and the rego on its just about out which wood cost him $1000

Anyway i'll get it Checked out
he said it gets 400 to 450 if u drive soft around town which is the same as my Rb25 in my skyline

I do not see and upgraded intercooler on the list. That should be a MUST for all those mods.

an intercooler would be a nice addition, but you must, and i repeat, MUST focus on getting the car's basic things running right. due to the fact that the fuel system has not been upgraded already, i would be weary of the engine...these suckers when running lean will lead to disaster. cooling is also a must for these cars, as they run hotter than most as well. so be weary, dont be led astray with the sparkle of all these suppusedly "good" mods.

ok i got info off guy

Upgraded Fuel System?
no standard fuel system (was planning on upgrading once the engine had been run in but have since decided to sell
Upgraded radiator? standard radiator (has been reconditioned (new tank ends and flushed etc)
What about an Intercooler? standard front mount intercooler
What Boost is it running? 7-10psi
What's controlling the Boost? 50mm waste gate
How Tuned the car was it done on a dyno? car was street tuned by the people who built the engine Did they tune it
Safe or for hi power? safe
thats all the info i got i was thinking get a fuel System and retune it on a dyno and get temp meter and just not let it overheat or overtrash it

seems like the seller uses the word 'standard' to mean 'original/stock.'

what's with the standard front mount intercooler?
