i really hate to admit this. I know this kid. His ca is the biggest POS I have ever seen. He has been trying to sell it for months now. I first saw the car at Sakura and it looked okay....in the dark. My friend said he is a redneck that goes to community college.

hmmm, here is an engine shot off of anthe fd on ebay right now. I think it should be mandatory that you be a member of the fourms that way you have a clue how to modify your car.

Looks like he was trying to make a pretzel shape out of his engine bay.

Ducting cool air from in front of the radiator instead of sucking the hot air from behind it.

I saw this car at imports vs. domestics this past year. It wasnt even parked with the show cars, it was parked with the rest of the people in the other lot, and trust me it is worse in person. i saw it from a far at dusk and was like "sick, an rx7" and then i got close and ran away.

I think he saw some V mount set up and tried to copy it. Except he lacked the knowledge of how V mounts work.

Easy way to fix at this point would be to change the radiator set up.

This is funny looking but is OK as long as he doesn't boost much.
I would of kept the stock IC duct though.. at this point, its pretty much useless.. I guess both of them are buddies and been sharing info between each other..

Just in case these two people might read this... IC's are useless unless you could get air to pass thru the core..

Cheap job yes. The rest of what you said is more or less bullshit. Unless requested no paint shop removes body trip to shoot a car. Doing so would give you a better looking paint job, absolutely. With good prep work the paint should stay on the car.

The urethane parts should have flex additive added to the paint as well.
