Location of Engine ID number on the engine?
Hello and Good Day to all rx7 forumers,
I just have one short question to ask,
Can anybody here tell me where exactly the ID number of the engine 13b located on the engine itself? because I need to re-register my engine and I had lost the old paper of my FD.
Images or pictorial instructions of how to see it is highly appreciated.

should be a tag right in front of the car, behind the pulleys etc..
goes, tranny, iron housing, rotor housing, iron housing, rotor housing,iron housing then the front cover (this is where it's stamped)

^sorry, I forgot to mention that my brother already replaced the engine with the new one. I still got my old engine number.
So how can I check for the new engine number.
^I don't understand how can I do that. Does it mean I have to take out my engine and open the engine block?
