i know i sound a little stupid over here ....but can anyone please tell me how to find the level of vaccum through a boost meter......as it starts from -0.5 and the meter ends on 2.0 where should car be on full throttle...

I'm no scientist, but i think that 1 bar is 14.5 psi. if thats the case a stock car should be around .7 bar at full throttle
