"Limp Mode" questions!

I recently removed my PFC and put the stock ECU in, since then:

The car idles fine but as soon as I get moving under throttle the ABS light turns on, then once I reach approximately 3K RPM's the check engine light illumintates and the car kicks into limp mode.

When I attempt to check the MIL code I get a check engine light immediately after turning the ignition on (that light stay for approx 4 seconds) then a 3 second pause and a solid check engine light that stays illuminated until the key is turned back off.

Not sure if I should read that as a 10 or a 20, any ideas what is going on with the car?

Thanks
Greg Doyle

Check the TPS too. I had an issue with that, and the car won't accelerate correctly.
