Talking Lim/uim :) :) :)

I finally got my UIM/LIM back from A-1 Sandblasting, they actually did an awesome job on the manifolds. I actually love the way they look.
I should of taken pictures of them before.

Well see for yourself

how much did it cost? Be sure and clean any grit out of the runners, or did they seal up the ends?

That's pretty sexy... is it just sandblasting? or is there a coat of something else on there? I'd get mine sandblased and powdercoated black.

It actually didn't cost me a thing. My brother in Law works there and he did the work himself. They did seal the runners very good but I will blow any grit off with the my compressor.

It was actually sandblasting and another step called Glass beading which actually gives it that smoother and shinnier look to it.
I will try to get some closer shots of the manifolds. But I love the way they turned out. Powdercoating would look nice too.
Do you have any pics of your manifold??

This process would cost around $50-$60 bucks.
