Lights have a mind of their own.
So, I browsed around and the only things that came up were similar issues but with brake lights. Basically what happens is my park lights just come on on their own, even when the **** is turned to off. If I click over to the park light, then turn it off the lights all go off like they're supposed to for a bit then it starts all over again. This even happens when the car is turned off which is the main issue. Could this be the TNS relay as well?

If you think it's the relay, just grab another relay from the adjacent socket and flip flop them. If the problem goes away it's the relay. Sounds like busted wires to me though. Is the car lowered by chance? Check the drivers wheel well for tires chafing on the body harness.
Mileage on the car? CPU #2 can cause some wonky issues as well. Though I'm not sure if that controls lights.

Ya the car is lowered, I'll have a peek at the harness today. Looked at the relay and it didn't look good, blue like dried residue by all the connector inputs. I'll try your idea with swapping them, thanks!
