quick question. I am trying to fix my gauge illumination problem. I am putting in oil pressure, oil temperature, and water temp gauges. I want the light for the gauges to come on only when I turn my lights on. Right now the light on my boost gauge comes on when the car is turned on. That is how the previous onwer had it set up. He obviously just hooked up the light positive to a switch hot. Can you tell me where a good wire is that only gets power when you turn the lights on? I want to put my new gauges in right as well as fix the other gauge. your inputs are much appreciated. Peace.

You might try hooking into the Dimmer.
