Question Light belt squeaks under hood

Hello my car is running beautifully however I am getting light belt squeaks under the hood. I use WD40 and it goes away. After driving in rain it seems to sometimes come back. It is very soft but still annoying my cousin recommended lithium grease to put an end to it, will this work?. Any comments from other FD owners appreciated!

Are the belts making the noise or is it the air pump clutch or the AC compressor clutch .Why use oil or grease on a belt .Belt dressing is sticky not slippery .Maybe your belts are old and need replacing .

Its coming from a belt, when I spray WD40 it stops. What do you suggest you think its time for new belts?

Check for proper tension and that the underside, ribbed surface, isn't cracked. If either belt is cracked or feels particularly brittle, change them. If not, tighten them up a little, just be careful not to go overboard.
Don't listen to your cousin or use anymore WD-40. Go to a local auto supply store and get some belt dressing.
