LED Tail Lights Working Reversed
Hi, I am changing light bulbs on the car (a couple in the back were burnt).
I decided to buy LED replacements, but I seem to have a problem with them.
Once installed and once turned the lights on, the LED goes full power and when you depress the brake pedal, it dims a bit (so it's doing the exact opposite of what it's supposed to do).
I am aware of the LED polarity, however, these (as well as the stock light bulbs) cannot be reversed, since the two pins on the side are at different heights and the two slots they go in and twist are also at different heights in the socket.
They would work if they had reversed polarity (tried to hold them in and they act as they are supposed to).
Any ideas? Did I get a defective set?
Thanks,
Giovanni

Sounds like they made the bulb wrong. You can go to the connector behind the trunk panel and reverse the pins if you want to go that far to make them work. I would just return them for a new set.

So, they re-ordered them for me.
