koyo radiator and losing coolant

i just installed my new koyo radiator but in losing fluid now. my add coolant light come on and off and my temp gauge goes up to the white line and then drops back down to normal. sometimes the temp goes up and wont come back down so i turn off the car and check the fluid and all the coolant is gone, all i get is a bunch of steam. wuts wrong and how can i fix it.

If there is leaking check your hoses. The dancing temp gauge was a thermostat problem with my car, it might fix yours too.

i just put a new thermostat yesterday and i dont see any leaks and i check a million time, i also tightend every hose i saw and i still have this problem. what else might it be

If you don't have a leak, then your system has air in it. You need to get it out. Disconnect the coolant line behind the throttle body. Remove the AST cap. Remove the filler neck cap. Fill the system until you get coolant coming out from the throttle body hose. Close everything up and run the car until warm. Let it cool and check the levels again. You should not have to add much fluid after doing this.

Also check to make sure whenever you put in the radiator you didn't swap the AST cap with the filler cap. That caused mine to have the same symptoms as you.
