You're another Fluidyne zealot over-hyping Koyo installation issues.
Perfect fitment means the radiator fits without awkwardness, obstruction of other ancilalry devices in the engine bay, and is secure.
After performing the small "modifications", the Koyo has no issue with this. Stop being a bolt-on ***** and realize that it's NORMAL to have to adjust for fitment with aftermarket parts. I understand you want the equivalent homogeny of Starbucks Coffee when it comes to your modifications - but some of us are actually looking for products which actually perform better - even if they require manual adjustment while installing.
So until you've installed the Koyo in your own car (which I have): I suggest you take your own advice and shut the **** up.

Nice language!! If you notice in my VERY FIRST POST, I HAVE A KOYO you moron. I did the install myself, and I do all the work on my car myself. I am very aware of what has to be done, as I have done it. Now like I said, STFU and try to learn something. And shut your hole if you need to use language like that, you punk kids know SQUAT!

finally done. i had new holes drilled in my stock brackets about 1/4" up and 1/8" towards the front of the car. Had to do some bending on the brackets but it popped in place, just like the stock one.
so my only modifications were cutting a larger notch in the fan 'footing' on the radiator piece nearest the driver, cutting the plastic on the rear of the bumper, and getting those holes drilled.

For those who have the Koyo and A/C:
oooh one more note to point out,
the koyo is large so it seems to press the fans up a bit.
make sure your battery tray is securly bolted. if not it can press on the fan and burn out the motor. so if you hear the fan rubbing on the intercooler duct, its probably due to the battery.
i moved my battery to the trunk and it has free'd up alot of space.

I'm in the process of installing a koyo radiator as we speak. I just came inside to see if anyone else has had problems with their install of the koyo. I got mine in just fine and I also had to swap the mounting brackets for the radiator. However, I can't get the fuse/relay box or the dryer for the ac back in.
