Know anybody to roll their fenders?
What is the process of rolling fenders, and does it make your fenders kinda stick out like a semi-wide-body? Or does it roll the inside of the fender? How much extra tire can fit with rolled fenders?

No, it doesn't push the fender out.
You know how your fender has that edge that sticks in to the wheel well? The part that the plastic mud covers attach to? Well, sometimes when going with oversized tires, under hard cornering, or launching, the tires will actually touch that part of your fender, and it's a fairly sharp piece, so it will cut into your tires...Thats not good.
So, you roll that piece, meaning, you fold it up and against the inside of the fender.
Here's a little how to on an Integra, it'll give you the general idea. If you do it slowly and carefully, you shouldn't have to repaint .

Haweka makes the tool for rolling fenders. It clamps onto your hub/brake rotor and follows the arc described by the arm. At the end of the arm, a roller clamps to your fender edge and works it in.
IIRC, TireRack rents it out free of charge to their customers (w/ deposit). However, i also recalled a back log of ppl wanting it.

Ok, cool. Always wondered exactly what that meant. What about putting on fender trim like the RE Amemiya trim will this allow for a wider tire? I'm thinking no, because if the tire sticks out that far then if you hit a bump you'll just run the tire into the fender. So is it just for looks?

If you have a 93 with the primer problem (and you are not willing to repaint)- or even a 95 - I don't suggest it. Combining the paint adhesion problem of the 'organic' primer Mazda had taken a fancy too, coupled with the fact that the newest (US) 3rd gen will have 7 year old paint by now means high likelyhood that the paint will crack. (your suppose to use a heat gun to soften it up a bit though).
On top of that, the front fender lip/edge does not follow (not by a long shot) a perfect radius as the tire lip tool wants to follow (it being attached to the hub and all), so a bit of finessing was in order.
Actually, they only real part you need to roll is the 9 to 12 (1ish) o'colck positions, as that this is the problem area for 3rd gens. At this part of the fender lip, the fender line closes radius much quicker. This is where tall diameter tires love to catch the fender lip when you are turning the steering wheel and entering a drive way going too fast (compressing the suspension).
I have a picture of the lip pulled out on someone's car, but Photopoint is holding it ransom for another $24.95 + shipping and COD fees for a burnt CD-R.....

Thus he wouldn't need to roll the rear fenders with flares if the flares were installed correctly? Is this correct?

If you are talking about the RE Super G (?) body work, the Legsport FD runs 18X10 +44 front and 18X10 +18 rear, with a nice tucked in look. That means the total fender width added is about 1 1/2 inches or so. Sorry - small pic, I'll have to take a pic out of my RX7 Magazine for a close up (#10 for those that have it I think).

wheel offset asside, im assuming you can run up to a 40mm wider tire with these flares.
