knock readings

I just had all the shiny stuff off and did some tidying up,
now its all back in my knock readings are way up from 3-4 up 5 at idle and 29 + above 4000rpm.
should I worry or is it just something that maybe not buttoned up right?
I have read other forum notes that say ignore it anyway? just wanted to check what are safe knock levels before I start selling body parts for another re-build

Assuming your sensor is good, then your readings are fine. Anything above 70 is not good. With water injection, I never see more than 22 or 25 even at 1.0 bar. Pre-water injection, I would see 80-120.
