Now that you've upgraded your ignition, perhaps your timing is a little too advanced. Just a guess.

Might want to change to new plugs again.

Stronger ignition = more complete combustion

Now you can run a little richer or simply decrease your timing a bit. I'd take it to a dyno with a wide band if I were you to make sure it's set right.

HKS doesnt give off that much Im told.. So I would say try tunning it a little and do you have a lean rich gauge? or Air/Fuel gauge? hehe TUNE it...

If you wanted to do a quick and easy check to see if adding fuel will help, go to the pim settings and add a couple % points. If your running the base map they should all be on 100%, bump them up to like 103% or maybe even 105% and see if that helps you out.

My guess is your getting better combustion and it can cause you to run a little leaner than you were before.

If that doesnt help then I might back off the timing a couple degrees but check the fuel first.

NO. The PFC Commander will show you what the stock knock sensor is reading. It will measure the amount of knock the engine has and give you a number. Unknown what the number means, but it's a start.
