Question Knight Sports - Headlight Replacement?

I currently have an old Halogen set.
Has anyone with a Knight Sports Headlight setup replaced or upgraded their headlights?

I wouldn't mind upgrading to a Headlight Housing that would accommodate LED bulbs (get away from HID's and the extra hassle of the ballasts).
Main issue I see is finding a headlight housing that would mount to the Knight Sports side brackets, right size, and without the back of the bulb being too deep to interfere with the pop-up/retraction motion.
Does anyone have advise?

Yes....well, hopefully soon. I'm planning on switching from a KS HID set to LED because even the HID kit isn't that great for light output. My plan is to use these:

I spoke with a guy who did this with one of the dedicated low beam and one of the dedicated high beams (just like how the KS was originally wired...at least that's how mine is). He did say he needed to shave and modify the mounting ears of the lights to get them to fit, but he said it all worked and plugged into the factory wiring.

I had thought about using a single low/high and a dedicated high beam, but I think the housing of the low/high version is a bit too big for the area we have available. I'm still going to look into this a bit more, but I'll probably stick with a dedicated low and dedicated high.

Yea I'd want to keep the Lo/Hi separate for the look.
