Rotary Extreme was working on a kit for this several months ago, not sure what happened with it but the spec were pretty impressive.

"We are in the process of making a pop-up headlight like the Knight Sports one that pops up about 2/3 of the stock height. Instead of using those cheap fog lights like the Knight Sports ones which do not improve visibility at all, we are using the Hella 90mm lights just like our sleek headlight kit. HID option will be available as well. The pop-up dual beam headlight kit will come with the following parts:

1. custom headlight brackets to hold the 90mm Hella lights
2. A pair of Hella 90mm low beam projectors and a pair of Hella 90mm high beams
3. fiberglass headlight bezels
4. All the mounting hardware
5. Optional carbon fiber headlight bezel and HID option will be available.

basic kit, regular price: $850
carbon fiber bezel option, regular price: $200
HID option, regular price: $600"

Would be cheaper than buying a knightsport kit and adding HID lights to it. Now, he only has to make it.

Just buy any of the HID kits that match the bulbs that go with those lights. It will more likely become a custom job than anything but many people on the forum have personally upgraded their lights so the support is out there for you.

RE ended it.

It's nearly impossible to make the lights poped up half way using the Hella 90mm lights because the low beam is too long. The low beam interferes with the pop up mechanism. I can use some other Hella lights but the lighting will not be as good as the low beam Hella 90mm projector. Will you still be interested? The lighting will be probably just a little better than stock but not by much.
