King of sputtering under moderate acc.

it's wierd. Okay. new engine. For probably the first 15 minutes i drive, the car kind of sputters when i reach 3500 rpms if i'm slowly accelerating or just cruising there. If i hit the gas hard it goes away and pulls hard. No turbo problem, boost looks fine.

Got the same **** here...it's a hesitation, you can get rid of it with the PFC or you can get better grounding. Jeff at Rotary Power told me that the ECU's for the 7 weren't programmed well at all, and it's really glitch in the programming.

Sounds like the common 3K hesitation. Some persons have eliminated this problem by using the PFC or enhancing the ground connection on some circuit. Do a search, this is a pretty common issue with FDs.
