I just got mine to replace the oem filter and had a quick question. The filter is a small disc that lays inside the filter assembly. However, there are no top or bottom markings and it looks identical on both sides. Does it matter which side faces which? It doesn't appear to matter which way it faces to start with, but you obviously need to keep things straight once it's used the first time. Can anyone verify this?
