Just received my BNR hybrid twins today!

I THINK the effieciency range on Brians stage 2 goes up to around 18psi or so, in addition the compressor wheels are much larger than stock and at 14psi will flow much more air that stock twins would at 14psi.....which all translates into more power!!!!!

i dont believe that those shaft bearing turbos can handle 18lbs...yer friggen either rich or nuts if you plan on doing that.
IMHO...
but we shall see...what do you plan on running boost wise barry?

15 psi is what I plan on running on the street. Dave at KDR said he's hooked up a few "upgraded twins" (I think from T.E.C.) running parallel and he said he loves it. He'll tune it with datalogit and even more intense tuning on the dyno so hopefully it will be a serious streetcar. Running the more aggressive wheels at 18 psi sequentially would heat up quickly I'd imagine. Running them parallel would be more of a linear power curve and much less stress on the shafts. I don't know if I'd want to wrestle my turbos back out of the car for his new "secret" but it is tempting since most upgrades have trouble with the shafts.
