Just Installed The Pfc

I just got the Power FC installed today, and boy, it does do wonders, well at first i got kinda scared cuz it would go from like 800 to 1200 and pulse up and down like i had a leak. but then after awhile it would level off round 800, and stay steady, before my idle used to be all over the place, but for right now i notice the pulsing when i get on the brakes, did this happen to anyone else? its been in my car for like 3 hours now haha. let me know what else happens, and what i should do to it.

Not that I could answer your question since I don't have a PFC yet, but people might want to know what is done to your car( I would like to know anyway ). I plan on getting one soon so this might be some good info to me , just in case I have the same grief. If that is your FD in your sig, post some pics! Looks good( Tried your www. but it didn't come up).

Well it's a new ecu so it'll take a while for it to relearn your idle. It also has to relearn other things so don't get on it hard for a couple of days.

the pulsing your refering to is known as learn mode. its normal. something else you should do is make it learn your car for certain conditions, turn all your eletronics on...it will go into learn mode, turn on the a/c, the heater, high beams, low beams, combinations of these....
