Damn I love it. It screams at open throttle. It growls at idle. And is really quiet with soft acceleration.
All it cost me was 2 socket wrenches
amazing what 2 jack stands can do, and a can of wd-40
If any of the new guys are wondering which exhaust to get...i'll try and get a recording of mine

Yeah, I have had mine for a few months and I love mine too. I was not too sure at first but like you said, "growl at idle, quiet at soft acceleration, and screaming at WOT". Gotta love it

I have had mine with no cats for awhile, it really isn't as loud as people say it is unless on WOT in dual mode. There is s turbo, the exhaust in this car is not that loud. it is louder in my friends 1984 VW. I know rotaries are supposed to be louder than pistons engines, but I doubt if it overwhlemes the silencing of a turbo.
at WOT, mine scares women and children, and that is the way I like it, if you want power you really how no other choice than to go free flowing and loud another good reason not to go non-sequential-loud as **** all the time.

Oh yeah
I've had mine for a while not and I still ove it. My neighboor complained about warmdowns after about 10pm . I think the underpass or tunnel is the best. Every day I drive under two underpasses to go to work. I love to open it up. At first I thought it was a bit much at WOT but now I think it just sounds great. Definately give a noticable bump in performance too!
