Just Cranked the car after taking the whole car apart in the inside

Well, I just cranked the car after ripping apart the interior, installing some guages, some vacuum lines taken apart, different things. Well I lost some coolant when I took off the core, damnit, forgot to add a bit of coolant. Coolant buzzer goes crazy. So, I poured some in, then to my knowledge, I was supposed to let the air come out, so I unscrewed the cap to fill from there too, the car spilled some fluid from the top, died down, then goes cray spilling fluid and beeping and warming. I screwed the top back on quickly and was like what the! Then I did it again and it was fine for a second, I put everything back, then it started smoking, I guess from where coolant spilled and got on something hot, and then the pullies started squeaking like hell. Damnit! I had to wash everything off, guess I will have to wait for tomorrow to let everything dry to start here back up.

I guess I am doing this correctly right? I didn't know why the buzzer was going off, when I added coolant the first time it was fine, I filled it right before the overflow. Then it kept buzzing? Oh, well, will start again tomorrow. Will I make it to Deals Gap, with the way things are going not a chance!

You need to "burp" your coolant system. Remove the upper coolant line to the throttle body (search the forum and I'm sure you'll find the shot that shows what I'm talking about, it's a small hose on the firewall side of the TB), and add coolant until you see some running out of the open hose (might be a good idea to have some rags underneath it to catch the overflow).

Just burp it for a while and you'll be fine. Smoke from the engine bay don't worry about. It's just coolant from spilling all over. Pullies squeal from the coolant also. That buzzer is an *******. I grounded mine. ONCE it sees air... "BBBBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPP" Just do what Kento said burping wise and everything should be fine.

Don't fill the overflow to its maximum when the car is cold. Fill it to minimum, then when the car is warmed up fill it to maximum.

There is also a single, black spade-type connector that grounds the coolant level circuit. This ground terminates down underneath the power steering reservior and near the knock sensor. If disconnected, your low coolant light will stay on, and the dreaded beep sounds..

It's possible you disconnected that and forgot to reconnect it, or simply knocked it loose while doing your install.
