I just bought OEM twins to replace my high mileage assembly'
Everything looks great except one compressor housing is loose,
(the one beside the two vacuum actuators)
The impeller and housing appear undamaged but I'm
unsure why the housing is loose or how easy it is
to align and secure the housing. I have no idea if it loosened
during shipping or dissassembly perhaps ?
Depending on how the housing sits, the impeller can spin freely or bind.
Like I said, I see no evidence of damage beyond the loose housing.
I can post pics if required.
Does anyone with twins disassembly experience have suggestions/opinions about this ?
