Question Just bought, first thing i should do?

Im looking into buying a 93 rx r1 with 50k miles for 12k$
What should i know before i buy it and soon after i do?
Is it a good buy? whats the first thing to avoid any future problems to fix? Because ive heard alot about them overheating in parts so which should be the first to change? Also which bolt ons are the best to start with when modifing it?
Thanx to whoever replies i would realy appreciate it. (>' .')>
