Jumping Pass. Window *How???

My pass side window is stuck down and it is cold outside and I need it up! Please can someone tell me how to jump my window so I can get it back up please? I need step by step please as I just got my car =). Niether window switch works and there is no sound being made by the motor, I've pulled up a search but still not clear on how to go about this. Help please.

Check the Fuse? Thats an easy probably solution =P. Open the hood, and check under PWR WIND =) lets hope its that.

It is not locked looked and switched and back and forth. Checked the fuse the driver window goes up and down thus the fuse is still intact. =\ grrrr i need this window up if not I will park the car in garage until I find out how.

my driver side switch fried. I so hotwired both windows to near the battery * behind my bins* so when I need to control em, a touch of the battery and bam.

Carefully pry the window switch out of the handle.

Turn the car on (you don't need to start the engine).

Use a paper clip or small piece of wire to short the contacts between the red wire and the white/blue stripe wire.



There are two plastic (careful) tabs holding the switch in place.

aw~ poor thing~ when you get them up again put some heavy duty lubricant by the seems and role them down, after that it should be fine. Wipe down the access lubricant after you rolled them up and down a few times.
