Figured I'd jump on the bandwagon and go with a 99 Spec front lip spoiler. I got it from RX7Store.Net, nice people...they matched a price for me so I got it a bit cheaper than their advertised retail price - Thanks Guys! I also figured I could have this lip to go along with my 99 Spec turbo's I already have on the car.
I don't know how the pictures will show up, but obviously Before pics come first...Enjoy!
Kind of a dreary day out today and I haven't washed the car in a while so just mind that.

Thanks guys, I had an old car with that I put 18" wheels on so I had those stockers. Basically that car was totalled and I got a new FD, so I ended up with 2 sets of stockers. I figured I'd experiment with a set and the black ones above is what the end result was. I like them...of course I'd love to have some HRE's, but who wouldn't?

OEM R1 lip > 99-spec on a base w/no wing. -jk- and no offense, but it flows with the body/bumper lines, imho. The 99-spec looks like a sharp-edged aftermarket jutting Jay Leno chin.

Wow, your car is one of the cleanest i have seen. Its amazing what a brand new R1 lip does to the look of the car. The whole car looks brand new. Nice job.

xstacy7,
Welcome to the club... The 99spec lip is a really nice touch... It adds some edge to the overall car.
The thing I'm very interested in was your wheels! I didn't think the stock wheels could look so good... I keep mine really clean... People say I painted them white.. but it's just the cleanliness... I really like the 2 tone paint on the wheels... I think I might try it out... Thanks for the pics!!
