JDM Vacuum help

I am puting together my rx7 and eliminating the acv and so forth. I am copying the diagram off of turborx7.com (http://www.turborx7.com/images/turbo...simplified.jpg) my issue is that on the JDM lower intake manifold has only 3 nipples on the motor side so I am trying to figure out what to do with the pressure chamber and the vacuum lines that connect to the manifold.

I am not the best with turbo stuff, and vacuum lines so any help would be greatly apreciate it.

The extra nipple is for EGR, which the JDM cars don't have. So, just ignore the EGR part in the diagram and you're good.
