Is it possible to use a power window motor assembly from a JDM 92 FD on a US FD?

I don't see why they wouldn't

 

Assemblies, go by FD15-58-590A and FD15-59-590A. Motors, FD15-58-58XA and FD15-59-58XA in later versions...you wouldn't expect huge differences, but that should be stamped somewhere on them I'd imagine for confirmation.
