Well when you are under boost (boost gauge reading above 0psi) and you know where your boost is supposed to stop (stock level 10-8-10psi) but you see the boost "creep" above those levels, that is when boost creep is happening. Caused by a wastegate that cannot handle the exhaust flow.

Hmm.... do you have any kind of cat in place between the DP and catback? If not, that should be your first step for now. That or use some of the gaskets that restrict flow enough to keep the creep at bay.

Please spend a lot of time researching boost creep and the way the Mazda twin-turbo system works. I could be wrong but it sounds like you guys don't understand or know some very important information about the FD. A relaxed attitude toward boost above 11 psi without correct fuel can damage your car very quickly.

Well I never experienced boost creep or anything like that.. I deleted my air pump, got 3inch downpipe with precat and high flow cat welded in, 3inch midpipe, and 4 inch catback..

OK. A deleted airpump isn't relative and you shouldn't have an creep issues with a pre-cat and/or a hi-flow cat.
And I'm not sure what you might be referring to when you say "midpipe". ??
