JDM later spec front ends - light kit required?
to guys running later style aftermarket bumpers - do the aftermarket fronts come with the (different) lights? Or is a light kit an added cost?

It depends on where you get it from. Some come with the '99 spec lights, some don't. See here: www.rx7store.net
