I've heard that any aftermarket IC is CARB legal with stock twins
I've seen some threads around where people have said that an aftermarket intercooler doesn't need a CARB exemption as long as the turbos are stock. I have yet to see any concrete evidence on this and was wondering if there was hard writing about this so a cop can't bust us when we are in fact legal.
