I haven't read this entire thread so you may have already answered this. Where did you get your TV for your car?

Sent you a PM. Please get back to me, I am interested. I really like what you've done with yours and don't worry, I wont convert it to a Veilside Fortune like my current FD. I want to keep one in stock form.

Oh it's not a TV. It's a Pioneer AVIC-D1 DVD navigation system. WILL NOT PLAY movies, or anything else! It's a straight forward navigation system! Will play MP3's and music cd's, etc. You can install a backup camera also heh. But the whole purpose is to make sure that the car is a CAR, not some entertainment center! So i customized it to boot up with a mazda logo to make it look factory!

Damn!!! Very nice car man. You must have at least 50 grand into that thing. Sad that you must sell it for such a loss. It would be a hell of a deal for anyone that that buys it. I'll add to the chorus of people that admit they SHOULD buy it. I just laid out 30 grand for a special order new 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP Convertible. No way to get out of it now. I pick it up next week, and besides the wife would kill me

Best of luck! I'm sure someone will pick it up real soon.

Damn nice car. Probably the cleanest 99 spec'd FD in the US. Good luck with the sale and be sure to hold out for the right price.

Truly a beautiful car! I'd like to piggyback on Super77's comments. Go buy a book on writing a business plan, get help from the SBA, and/or hire someone to write one for you. The SBA will help out A LOT, it's just hard to get ahold of them. Atleast around here. It's amazing what a good business plan can do for you when you apply for loans. I'm opening up three Wings N' Things franchise restraunt/sports bars in the next year and I'm experiencing many of the headaches you are right now. One of the great things about franchises is that they provide business plan templates, so I got lucky on that. A good credit rating helps, but showing that you have a well thought out plan that reflects an ability to run a business is the key. I have a good credit rating, but my debt to income ratio is absolutely horrible since I'm jobless right now. What is allowing me to get a loan is buttloads of upper-level management experience, an MBA, and a good plan. A good buiness plan should be between 20 and 30 pages and is detailed including, but not limited to: low and high expected capital expenditures and profits for the first and second years, a synopsis of the business, a demographic report of the area, a marketing plan, an operating plan, owners/operators biographies and their role in the business, etc... Expect high interest rates regardless though. The current business loan rate is 2-3% over prime, or about 10-11%. For a business loan 20% down is about par for the course. I'd suggest selling the car and using the money for your loan and/or operating capital for your first six months of business. Weigh your options carefully when it comes to paying off debt first. You may find yourself debt free with no start-up capital. I'll personally be selling one of my trucks here soon and possibly my RX-7 if worse comes to worse. If you are really serious about getting the business going then temporarily going without one of the cleanest RX-7's in the country is the right choice and will pay off huge in the long run.

yeah i wrote a huge business plan with my buddy a few months back, but it's not to apply for loans, it's just to have one.

One of the best examples of a nicely built FD.

Hope you got the price you set for it or atleast around it.

it sold for 24k, which is enough to pay off the car and my bills... COMPLETELY. I'm living debt free now... Feels weird how empty my garage is now.. my mitsu doesn't even feel right in the place of the 7...
